Low Carb Crock Pot Pulled Chicken and BBQ Sauce

Serves: 8 people. Preparation time: 1 hour of slow cook.

Crock Pot Pulled Pork

• Skin the Chicken, de-bone it and shred the meat. Put all the meat in a Crock Pot. Add the Barbecue Sauce to the pot. Heat on medium, stirring occasionally. Spoon out the mixture on each bun.


"Barbecued Pork" - Cooked over coals and usually smoked, Pork is popular in the southeast US, South Africa, the Caribbean, in most of Asia, plus India, Pakistan and Mongolia.
