Low Carb Crock Pot Pulled Chicken and BBQ Sauce

Serves: 8 people. Preparation time: 1 hour of slow cook.

- 1 Whole Roasted Chicken [Fresh Market Thursday @ $5]
- 2 btls. G. Hughes Sugar Free Barbecue Sauce (Various Flavors)
- 8 King's Hawaiian Hamburger Buns
• Skin the Chicken, de-bone it and shred the meat. Put all the meat in a Crock Pot. Add the Barbecue Sauce to the pot. Heat on medium, stirring occasionally. Spoon out the mixture on each bun.
