Star Spangled Sangria

Serves: 6-8 people. Preparation time: 3-4 hours chill time.
- A bucket of Ice Cubes
- 4 oz. Vodka
- 2½ oz. Cointreau®
- 1 btl. White Wine like Pinot Grigio
- 4 oz. Simple Syrup
- 12 oz. Tropical Fruit Juice
- 1 btl. Sparkling Wine like Champagne or Prosecco
- 2 C. assorted Fruit like sliced Strawberries, Blueberries and diced Pineapple
• In a large pitcher, mix the Fruit, Vodka and Cointreau®. Refrigerate for 3-4 hours or overnight. Add the White Wine, Simple Syrup and Fruit Juice. Mix well and pour over Ice Cubes in a tall White Wine glass. Top with Sparkling Wine and garnish with a scoop of all three Fruit.
"Cointreau®" - Pronounced "Kwon-Trow", it's a liqueur made in Angers, France since 1849, from all-natural sweet and bitter orange peels.
